Return and Refund Policy


If you want to return an item because of a manufacturing flaw or because RNS Footwear sent you the wrong item, we will give you an exchange or a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return the item.
  • When returning an item, be sure to include evidence of purchase.
  • The item is brand new and includes the following:
  • It comes complete with all accessories and instruction manuals in its original packaging.
  • It is complete and undamaged in its original state.
  • It is not a discounted item.

RNS Footwear reserves the right to check the quality and age of returned products before giving a repair, exchange, or refund. A refusal of a repair, exchange, or refund may result as a result of this.

Please keep in mind that the finest form of evidence of purchase is your original RNS Footwear invoice.

Your original payment method will be used to provide refunds.

Freebies or gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, and postage is not refundable in the event of a return.


Purchases can only be cancelled during the first 12 hours after they are made. No order can be cancelled after 12 hours. If you cancel within 12 hours, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
